Dr. Culotta has been taking care of my dog, Chessa, since I moved back to the area nearly 8 years ago. I'm impressed with him and the entire staff there - they've always taken good care of my furr-baby, and are wonderful about getting her in when I need her to be seen. What is especially impressive is Dr. Culotta knowing Chessa by name whenever we come in. He also can tell when she's feeling "puny" and not herself. I'm truly grateful to have such a wonderful "animal doctor" and recommend the Animal Hospital of the Emerald Coast to others when looking for a good vet.

My husband and I became concerned about one of our rabbits, Princess, who had delivered 2 dead babies and was trying to deliver a third. We brought Princess in on Saturday, April 16th, and Dr. Tovrea (or Dr. Laurel to us, since we go to church with her and her family!!!) took excellant care of Princess. She is now fully recovered from her ordeal, as are my husband and I.

We moved to Destin, from Chicago, eight years ago with our two Rottweilers Lily and Edgrr. Our vet in Chicago was the same person who treated Oprah's pets and appears on her show. Our standards are set quite high when it comes to our dogs health care. We have received such excellent care from Dr's Culotta and Tovrea (especially recently) that I felt compelled to place a comment here. Dr Culotta has repaired both of Lily's knees and, after 5+ years, there is no arthritis. In the last two months, Edgrr has been diagnosed with Lymphoma. We opted for chemotherapy and Dr Tovrea has taken charge. She found the most up to date protocol, described the process and will always take the time to talk to us and ease our fears. Ed is improving with each passing week.
I can't thank the Doctors and staff at Emerald Coast Animal Hospital enough for taking care of our two dogs.

Thank you, for taking such good care of 17 year old Sheltie. There are not many places you can show up at 7am with a sick dog, and you are taken care of right away. And the groomer always does a fantastic job on him. Thank you for all the kindness you show your loyal customers.

My mom and I are so appreciative of the doctors and staff at Emerald Coast Animal Hospital. My dogs are always happy to go to the vet's office. It's the best place to take your pets. Thank you!

The Animal Hospital of the Emerald Coast is a special place to entrust the safety and care of your pets. For several years now, my dogs have been taken care of by the reliable, compassionate staff at the Emerald Coast Animal Hospital. My pets enjoy a trip to the vet's office. It would be difficult to go anywhere else. Why? This is a special place for animals. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly; the environment comfortable and clean; the compassion for animals is genuine; the staff is a down-to-earth, yet profession; and the location is convenient. If that isn't enough, Kim, Melanie, Linda, Jen, and Emilee greet and welcome visitors and regular clients with concern and kindness. They are outstanding staff members who are always helpful, supportive, friendly, and positive. Animals don't usually receive the consideration they deserve. I do not know where to begin or how to tell everyone just how grateful I am to the vets and staff. I have 8 Weimaraners and once a year, (that is if my dogs have a healthy year) I bring choas to the staff at the clinic for their annual exams. They are all so understanding and go above and beyond the call of duty to assist me and my crew. I would like to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for being a truly professional group of people. Bluboy, Sassy Mae, Sadie, Sierra, Sterling, B2, Buttons and Trooper would also like to say thanks.

I just wanted to thank you all for everything you do for the homeless and mistreated animals. We adopted two GSP's from Underdogs in Destin, Duncan, and the latest, Delilah (with the broken leg). Without people like you, neither of my dogs would have had a chance to be loved the way they deserve. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving our "babies" a second chance!

We are the parents of Maxx (Shorty Jack) and Sasha (GSD) who staed with you last week. Thanks for taking such good care of our babies while we were getting settled in and having the back yard fenced for them at our new home on Eglin AFB! Your staff made it so easy to move to Florida from out of state! Great Job!!!

My husband and I are very grateful for the caring & knowledgable vets & staff at the Emerald Coast Animal Hospital! They have always gone above and beyond to provide the best of care for our dog (Amanda) and our hamsters (Sammy, Hampie and Pinky). From routine doggy check-ups to ultrasounds and diagnostic procedures for our hamsters, thank you so much for all of the love and care you have shown to our furry babies and us! We rescued Bianca from Ruff, she had been mistreated and is deaf from birth. The folks up here always treat her kindly and are respectful of us as humans too.

Our community is truely blessed to have such wonderful caring vets and staff to attend to our beloved animals. My husband and I have 4 dogs, 5 cats, 2 rabbits and 2 birds. Everyone there treats us and our pets like family. They all send big wet sloppy kisses, and we thank you!
